What people are saying

I first met Nancy when I had the pleasure of being a one on one associate with her son Charlie in Preschool! I appreciated how active she was in wanting her son to have the best education and experience despite his disabilities.

Her passion is wanting what is best not only for her children but for all children! I can be assured with her on the school board that she will make sure that ALL children and parents of children with and without disabilities will be heard!!

She will be the voice to assure all students will be treated with inclusively and with dignity.

Beyond a doubt, Nancy Baker Curtis is highly qualified to run for the at-large school board position in the Dallas Center-Grimes School District.

Nancy will use those qualities to help create a productive school board that focuses on the future needs of the district and supports teachers and administrators to effectively do their jobs to meet the needs of all DC-G students.

Dallas Center-Grimes needs people like Nancy on the school board. Nancy needs you. Vote for her April 11.

Lea Davidson Retired DC-G Teacher and Administrator

Nancy is an incredible advocate and positive force for change. As a Council, we have committed to making new spaces fully accessible, beyond baseline ADA requirements, because of the education and advocacy of Nancy.

She has worked tirelessly with the City of Grimes to ensure that our public facilities are accessible for all from adult size changing tables in restrooms to the design of paths from the parking lots to the parks and restrooms and the landscaping materials used that allow for easier stroller and wheelchair access.

Her dedication, compassion and service to others is exactly what the Dallas Center-Grimes CSD School Board needs.

I fully support Nancy Baker Curtis for DCG School Board At Large.
